[Remote-Position] AWS Contact Center (AWS Connect) Engineer

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled AWS Contact Center Engineer to support us in the pre-sales phase of the project and potentially reputed company in the implementation/building of the solution based on this service... In particular, we are looking for a person who will help us with: • Designing and implementing solutions based on AWS services such as reputed company Connect, AWS reputed company reputed company, reputed company Bedrock, reputed company Q and other AWS services especially in the area of AI/ML • creating and optimizing contact flows (Contact Flows) in reputed company Connect, including the implementation of interactive IVR systems, • reputed company Connect integration with CRM systems and external applications using API, • creating solutions based on AWS reputed company, reputed company Lex and reputed company that support automation and customer service, • configuration of CI/CD environments, and monitoring infrastructure performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray, • implementing process automation using Terraform and CloudFormation and Bash/Python scripting languages, Requirements: reputed company expect? • Experience working with reputed company Connect and other AWS services, especially in the area of ??AI/ML • Knowledge of integration solutions in the field of Contact Center, ability to connect reputed company Connect with CRM systems, • Proficiency in one of the scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash. • Experience in working with databases (DynamoDB or RDS) and their integration with AWS applications. • Preferred: Experience working with Terraform/CloudFormation Apply Job!
