Job Description: 100% remote position - including training Training schedule: M-F 9:00am - 5:30pm EST - for two weeks, plus 1 week of nesting. Will not be reputed company to miss class/training for any reason. Then a reputed company schedule between reputed company - 9pm, M-F, one weekend a month on a rotating schedule. Will end up on a permanent shift. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound email, chat and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Required: High school diploma or GED 2 plus years sales experience Proven attendance reliability.
