This position supports HIPAA Privacy standards, Corporate Compliance reputed company, Best Patient Experience, Exceptional Financial Performance (EFP) and JC compliance by assuring accurate and timely patient requests for alteration to clinical documentation reputed company their medical record, including the tasks of reputed company of disclosure, patient amendments and medical record restriction requests.
