For which tasks (responsibilities)? • Process written player requests on top support platforms (no mindless copy-paste or monkey job). • Gather and analyze in-game issues and errors. • Review player feedback and reputed company detailed reports to the development team. • Contribute to FAQ database, create and translate game instructions and automated responses.
