Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: Level I: Masters degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Crop Science, or closely reputed company field; no experience required. Level II: Masters degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Crop Science, or closely reputed company field plus 2 years experience in the coordination of lab operations, procedures, and instruction. Level III: Masters degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, Crop Science, or closely reputed company field plus 4 years experience in the coordination of lab operations, procedures, and instruction.
