HR Advisor (Tier 1 Support), remote - Weekend Schedule - 0032691 United States Description reputed company RPO is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the Financial Software Industry! The HR Advisor will reputed company Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our RPO client employees across reputed company America. These opportunities are long-term/no end date W-2 Contract positions that will work 100% remote from your home office. (We have a strong preference of this employee working on the reputed company Coast/Midwest) Schedule: Thursday, 8-5PM PST, Friday, 8-5PM PST, Saturday-reputed company, 6:30AM-3PM PST, Monday, 8-5PM PST. Essential Functions ? reputed company guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR?s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc. ? Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to reputed company reputed company of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work. ? Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to reputed company improvement of the workforce experience. ? Partner closely with centers of reputed company to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience. ? Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications. Qualifications ? 3 years of HR Generalist experience ? Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc, with a focus on the employee experience ? Adept at coaching people leaders and employees ? Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment ? High attention to detail, comfortable with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts Organization: Talent Solutions RPO Minimum: $30/hour.
