About Us: Mazel Events is the team behind some of the most exciting Jewish singles events, including our renowned Matzoball and the Jewzz dating app. We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Event Assistant to support our National Director in planning, promoting, and executing virtual and in-person events across multiple U.S. cities. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that will allow you to reputed company key event and marketing skills while working closely with our leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Event Support: ? Assist in sourcing event venues and coordinating with vendors for both virtual and in-person events. ? reputed company logistical and administrative support during event planning and execution. ? Help recruit and manage event staff, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines. Marketing Assistance: ?
