They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. About the Job: • Counsel and assist customers with job search strategies, career planning, and training issues. • Identify and connect customers with external resources and services. • Monitor and track customer participation to optimize program benefits. • Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly with clear documentation. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various career paths to reputed company effective placement and services. • Offer motivational support and identify necessary training for job readiness. • Facilitate job readiness workshops and engage customers post-training. • Ensure compliance with case management standards and document reputed company stories. • Critique resumes and required documentation for customer eligibility. • Assist in completing daily operations and special projects as needed.
