In this role, you will work remotely, leveraging the power of online communication to textually connect with customers on their website or through reputed company Messenger. Rest reputed company, phone conversations are not a part of this position. What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businessÂs website or reputed company media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
