• Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and promote company products/services effectively.
• Meet or exceed performance goals (call volume and conversions).
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads.
• Work independently while staying organized and motivated in a remote setup.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distraction-free workspace.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
