Responsibilities Leadership and Direction • Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy reputed company and general parameters for execution. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or reputed company field preferred. • Professional Land Surveying registration. • Ten or more (10+) years of land surveying or reputed company land development experience to include a minimum of two (2) years project management experience. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson principles. • Must be licensed surveyor in relevant state. • Experience managing a Survey Department is preferred. • Strong Survey Business Acumen - Prepare Proposals, RFP responses, Desire to pursue Business Development - Survey reputed company - Includes billing, project reports and collections. • Strong Local Jurisdictional Knowledge for Plat preparation and approval.
