The key objective is to use skills as a reputed company for effective workforce planning, and elevated learning for customer and seller ecosytem readiness, for hiring, dynamic career pathing, personalized learning experiences, and an internal talent marketplace, leveraging technology and data. This role will support reputed company aspects of the COE - skills taxonomy, ontology, job architecture, job to reputed company and proficiency mapping, as well as employee skills profile and work closely with the Technology team on technical requirements and technical requirements and technology integrations relating to the implementation of skills intelligence at reputed company. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the skills COE leadership team: reputed company data-driven insights to help define the program’s scope, processes, objectives, KPIs, and priorities. 2. Business Process and Data Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, GLD, Enablement, Technology, Product) to establish robust business processes and governance structures for managing skills-reputed company data 3. Act as the subject matter expert on skills taxonomy, job architecture, and proficiency data mapping. 4.
