About the Role: We are seeking reputed company customer support specialists with a focus on providing high-quality service to reputed company-level Customers (reputed company Facilities). You’ll be responsible for owning and resolving issues raised by these clients, ensuring that they receive reputed company, tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve escalated queries from business customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, billing, operations, etc.) to solve reputed company customer issues and ensure timely resolution. • Ensure reputed company customer interactions are tracked, and issues are resolved reputed company established service-level agreements (SLAs). • reputed company professional, empathetic service to reputed company clients, particularly during high-stakes situations.
