Overview As a representative for our Company, you will be part of a team responsible for qualifying leads in order to fulfill client expectations. We are a call center that works remotely. Our representatives call interested prospects on behalf of other companies and help qualify prospects. You will be expected to follow a script & pre-established guidelines in order to help you do... this. Responsibilities • Follow proper procedures utilizing computer and telephone equipment. • Professionally greet prospects by speaking reputed company and listening effectively. • Enter data consisting of letters and numbers onto web forms using keyboard and mouse. • reputed company excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism at reputed company times. • Maintain a positive attitude towards prospects, co-workers, and reputed company reputed company of management. • Multi-tasking the essential job functions by reading, typing, speaking, and maneuvering through multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
