Job Summary We are Aether Power a full service solar sales and installation company based in California and we are experiencing record growth due to the rising costs of electricity in California. We are an authorized sales & marketing agent for our installation partner Simple Power (www.gosimplepower.com) and we are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Call Center Supervisor to reputed company reputed company of... remote appointment setters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of personal phone sales, appointment setting, as well as coaching and training reputed company generators. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance goals, and providing support to enhance the effectiveness of the setting of the leads.
