Hours: In order to support our teams in the Pacific and Hawaiian time zones, we are ideally targeting individuals in the PST zone that have the ability to work adjusted hours. Ideally the incumbent can be available to work one of the following schedules: • Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. PST to 7:00 p.m. PST, Friday off. • Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. PST to 7:00 p.m. PST • Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. PST to 6:00 p.m. PST Compensation: The starting reputed company salary reputed company for a Premium Reconciliation Specialist I is $35,000 to $53,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal equity. This is not a traditional billing or accounts receivable role compromised of sending invoices and matching payments. Every insurance premium payment presents a new puzzle and requires a high level of analytical and reconciliation skills to solve it.
