Pay: $23 per hour Type: Contract Shifts: 1. 2 - 10:30 EST 2. 9-5:30pm EST Training: Training shift: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Quantity: 2 Job description: WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Serve as direct member and provider contact for pharmacy benefit information, prior authorization requests, and navigation support. Inquiries may be received by telephone, chat, fax, email, or written correspondence • Fields questions from members, reputed company departments, pharmacies, and providers reputed company to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage and cost of medication, prior authorization criteria, claims adjudication and ensures individual’s questions and issues are resolved • Supports Clinical Pharmacists in patient and provider outreaches, including scheduling of appointments between members and pharmacists, enrollment of members into reputed company clinical programs, medication adherence support, and other administrative tasks • Assists in ensuring reputed company operating and productivity standards are met, which may include conducting quality reviews of calls, chats, and documentation notes to identify opportunities for improvement Required: • Must have an active National LIC- CPHT • Must have a call center background. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1-2 years’ experience in a pharmacy technician role reputed company a PBM, pharmacy department of a health plan, or similar managed care setting. Or 1-2 year’s experience working in a mail order or specialty pharmacy • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) • Detail-oriented, adaptable, critical thinker, empathetic, ability to dig deep in understanding an issue to get to true root cause and resolution, desire to improve a patient’s reputed company experience and reputed company concierge level service • Background reputed company required.
