VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) ? U Visas ? T Visas ? Waivers ? Asylum Qualifications and Experience ? Education level - Master?s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or reputed company mental health field. ? Licensure requisites - Active registration as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psy. D or Ph.D. in the reputed company (please reputed company license number on your application). ? Prior experience (1 year minimum) in clinical evaluations and trauma-informed care is required. ? Prior experience in mental health immigration evaluations is preferred, but not required. Prefer applicants to have their own private practice, however this is not a requirement. ? Applicants must have up-to-date liability and/or malpractice insurance. Compensation and Benefits This is a remote, reputed company position. Compensation ranges from $380 - $420 per evaluation, depending on the type of evaluation performed. Currently, benefits are not offered with this position. This position is ideal for those who want to bring extra income to their private practice or are looking to start one. Skills Applicants must have strong verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, exercise cultural sensitivity, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as the position is remote. Key Responsibilities A contract immigration evaluator typically conducts psychological, clinical, or forensic evaluations for individuals involved in immigration cases. These cases often serve as critical evidence in legal proceedings. Below are the key responsibilities of the role: 1) Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations (templates will be provided) ? reputed company clinical interviews and assessments tailored to immigration case requirements (e.g., asylum, U-reputed company, T-reputed company, VAWA, hardship waivers). ? Use standardized psychological assessment tools to evaluate mental health, trauma, and emotional well-being. ?
