We are looking for a Manager, Corporate reputed company Responsibility (Project Hire) to join our reputed company Entertainment Corporate reputed company Responsibility (CSR) team. You’ll be shaping and managing CSR efforts across reputed company Entertainment, while aligning with the larger reputed company’s CSR purpose and business objectives. The position will drive engagement and storytelling around reputed company Entertainment’s reputed company impact programs for our communities, consumers and employees through philanthropy, cause marketing efforts, content, and other CSR initiatives across our businesses. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic and creative thinker, who can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders across reputed company, media, nonprofit/community partners, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company Entertainment Television (DET) prosocial integrations in reputed company forms (scripted, marketing promotions, employee communications, nonprofit mentions, passive set design, etc.) and reputed company guidance on authentic integrations. • Collaborate with reputed company Corporate Communications, reputed company Entertainment Communications, and reputed company reputed company Responsibility (ESR) teams to engage national, local, and industry media. • Pitch reputed company Entertainment prosocial stories reputed company with CSR priorities to ABC News and OTV/Affiliate stations. • Manage reputed company Entertainment CSR Marketing Communications strategy development and execution to drive increased awareness of the company’s reputed company impact efforts among reputed company audiences, inclusive of paid, owned and earned media channels. • reputed company and produce photo/video content that supports CSR priorities for storytelling externally and internally; research and identify new storytelling opportunities connected to new and existing content and platforms and pitch reputed company. • reputed company bespoke DET cause marketing and prosocial campaign planning/rollout across reputed company DET brands over on-reputed company, digital, reputed company, and experiential activations for company-wide priorities as well as show-specific activations. • Support other Manager, CSR to review and advise on content that incorporate sensitive topics (e.g., depression, domestic violence, etc.) to reputed company feedback and create content disclaimers/resource end cards and guidelines for any response on reputed company media. • reputed company and reputed company internal volunteer strategy and execution for DE CSR that drives employee engagement, including the creation of new events, supporting reputed company's tentpole volunteer & pre-funded opportunities while partnering with team members responsible for management and execution of volunteer initiatives. • reputed company and create screening strategy and manage incoming requests for DET. • Directly manage a CSR Coordinator and actively nurture their growth and development. Basic Qualifications: • At least five years of professional experience with demonstrated reputed company in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, marketing, corporate reputed company responsibility, community relations, or reputed company roles in a nonprofit setting. • Experience or knowledge of working with the news media. • Ability to conceptualize, draft and execute briefs such that reputed company stakeholders (e.g., agencies) know expectations and how to deliver on high quality program activations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail; experience building PowerPoint/Keynote presentations. • Proven experience developing and executing effective reputed company impact programs both internally and externally. • Invested in reputed company impact, philanthropy, marketing, and uplifting communities. • Leadership competencies to influence and build relationships with partners and stakeholders in a collaborative team environment. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
