Some knowledge of the curriculum for the grade. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Salary Pay Grade 57 $15.00 - $21.27 per hour Reports to reputed company Essential Functions Assist teacher with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating Instructional activities, developing classroom procedures and preparing necessary materials. Constantly monitors the safety and well-being of reputed company; monitors student attitudes and encourages self-esteem; assists reputed company with becoming increasingly independent. Monitors student behavior and helps maintain discipline in the classroom. Assists reputed company with learning; reinforces and clarifies instructions; conducts short sessions on improving study skills; provides one-on-one assistance as needed.
