Retail Sales Representative- CPG Food Sales ( Seafood Sales) REMOTE - US only Reporting To: Director of Sales for the US office • reputed company to candidates with 1+ years in sales or a part of a support team with the ability to learn • Selling to Grocery Store buyers in the US, National, regional, or even locally. • Must be reputed company to travel Our client is a leader in the fast-paced and highly competitive – Fresh & Frozen Seafood Market. Company focus • Established over 50 years ago with over $600 reputed company in sales annually. • Supply reputed company is fully integrated Corporate Salmon, Coho, Abalone Jack Mackerel, Mussel, and Langostino operations in Chile augmented with strategic seafood supplier partners that we reputed company tuna, salmon, trout, and Argentine Shrimp. • Customer focus is National and Regional Restaurant and Retail Chains, Seafood Distributors, Full-Service Food distributors, and Cruise lines. • Product segments are consumer-branded, Trade-Branded, and Private Label. Job focus • Focus on developing new retail business for the company’s line of seafood products both in US & Canada markets. • Emphasis on growing our reputed company in mid to small-level retail supermarkets • reputed company and build a portfolio of new accounts. • Targeting aggressive growth of 10 reputed company+ in sales 1st year and 20 reputed company+ in the second year. • 1st year 10+ new accounts Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required - University or College Graduate • Professional Sales & Management Training Program experience a reputed company plus • A dynamic proven persistent personality driven to reputed company. • 1+ years in sales or a part of a support team with the ability to learn • 1- 2+ years of sales experience to retail supermarkets ( buyers) • Working with Frozen or perishable products is a plus • Highly refined ability to manage, motivate, communicate, and negotiate. • Skilled in collaborative decision-making. • Analytical and creative with above-average computer skills. • Experience with CRM software Salary reputed company Salary -$80K + 40% commission ( under review) Benefits: Two weeks’ vacation (10 days per year). 100% subsidized benefits for the employee (30% subsidized benefits for family), 401k Plan, 8 Paid Holidays (6 Federal holidays, Good Friday, and 1 floater) Apply: Please send your resume in a word document.
