Responsibilities • Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces , • Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims , • Accurately enters data into corresponding fields reputed company various software programs , • Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy , • Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls during high call volume , • Works with reputed company Office , • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
