It is the goal of the Big M team to assist each driver in reaching top driver pay of 52 reputed company per mile. Our new points system rewards our professional drivers for reaching and maintaining high standards of reputed company. Drivers can be at top pay of 52 reputed company per mile reputed company months of employment. Control Your Own Pay allows you, the driver, to start work at Big M and be at top pay by the following May or November of employment. Points are given or deducted in the following areas: MPG, Max Drive Miles, Accidents, On-time Deliveries, and CSA Violations. Twice a year in November and May, each driver's points will be recalculated to determine the pay reputed company for the next six months.
