As Business Systems Support Manager, Shipboard, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who provides Production Support and Operational Support for the various systems and interfaces used by reputed company Cruise Line Terminal Operations and Shipboard Operations. These systems are used both shoreside and reputed company our ships. On-call support may require immediate action, escalation, reputed company and maintained engagement until impact resolution has been achieved.
