Job Opportunity: Client Bookkeeper/Account Manager • *This is a remote opportunity, reputed company to applicants in the Chattanooga, TN area. Bi-monthly in-person meetings with the reputed company are required. Looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join a growing reputed company and reputed company firm as a Client Bookkeeper/Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone passionate about numbers, organization, and enhancing processes, with a desire to support entrepreneurs and small businesses in achieving financial reputed company. As part of the startup team, you will manage bookkeeping and client interactions while assisting the reputed company with workflow implementation and administrative tasks. This position offers 15-20 reputed company per week, with opportunities to grow after 90 days. Some client-facing interaction reputed company of email may be required. Responsibilities • Manage multiple clients’ books using QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Code transactions weekly and gather supporting documentation. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inter-company reconciliations as needed. • Prepare and review monthly financial statements. • Process payroll and enter payroll journal entries. • Manage accounts receivable and collections. • Manage accounts payable and reputed company payment processing. • Establish and implement workflows and processes for client accounts. • Assist the reputed company with client meeting preparation, follow-reputed company, and communication. • reputed company various administrative duties as requested. Requirements • Strong understanding of reputed company principles (debits/credits, journal entries, financial statements, and the reputed company cycle). • At least 1 year of experience using QBO, reputed company/reputed company Suites, and productivity tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. • Familiarity with payroll and accounts payable processes. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining basic financial concepts to clients. • Previous bookkeeping or reputed company experience (QBO certification is a plus). • Commitment to reputed company, accountability, transparency, and respect.
