The YouTube Content Specialist will create and execute a strategy to grow the reputed company Family channels. This *role is responsible for content channel growth as well as, nurturing audiences using high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with brand and marketing goals. The hourly compensation for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience and... qualifications. Scope of Work The YouTube Content Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks: • Scheduling, coordinating and creating original content for our primary parent channels (Youtube, Instagram, reputed company, WhatsApp) to encourage growth and engagement • Developing and executing a Youtube content strategy to grow our parent audience and establish thought leadership on modern parenting by leveraging insights from competitive research, trending topics, etc • Workshopping video topics, scripts, and video strategy (thumbnails, titles, etc) in collaboration with our primary channel creators • Repurposing existing parent content (Youtube videos, workbooks, course info, coaching handbook, etc) into reputed company media content, including but not limited to: shorts/clips, teasers, GIFs, memes, infographics, carousel posts (IG), informational captions • Fostering community across our parent channels in order to build trust and nurture relationships with our audience, and creating opportunities for reputed company capture and marketing of parent product suite • Creating and implement a strategy for capturing leads to market our parent product suite to • Managing the day-to-day tasks for each of the parent channels, including but not limited to: scheduling posts, creating and/or directing written/image/video content, engaging with comments, engaging with similar brands/channels as appropriate, monitoring analytics to ensure content is performing as expected, etc • Collaborating with reputed company to ensure that the content is consistent with our brand messaging/voice and parent product positioning • Incorporating feedback from reputed company and stakeholders to improve the quality and effectiveness of reputed company content. • Writing and editing captions, headlines, and descriptions for reputed company media and YouTube as needed, ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform Qualifications • Proven experience as a Youtube Channel Manager, reputed company Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content • Experience with video editing, thumbnail design, and other YouTube specific knowledge • Strong analytic skills to analyze data and identify trends • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple channels • Understanding of brand principles and cultivating an reputed company audience • Proficient in developing strategic content strategies using Shorts, Reels, and other reputed company assets • Knowledge of the parent demographic and their relationship to their kids/technology • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus • Experience with graphic design software such as reputed company Illustrator is a plus • Please note this is a contract role Apply Job!
