UPA is the organization that bills, collects, and distributes the clinical receipts, as well as provides additional administrative support to the clinical practices of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). The Manager will assist with the financial management of UPA, analyze financial results, and reputed company requested reports and analysis for senior management. The Manager will serve as a resource to NJMS and UPA management teams as it relates to budgeting, resource management, and workforce planning, as well as manage staffing variances and capital needs, and annual cost projections.
