You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience starting in November 2023. Join us at 827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701. Pay: Start at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour! Shifts, Training & Work Environment: Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday! You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts. You Will: Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment. Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. You Have: High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
