About the Role reputed company, a rapidly growing reputed company technology company, is seeking a seasoned legal leader to serve as our VP of Legal. This role reports to the CEO (with a dotted line to the COO) and is pivotal in driving our mission to improve patient reputed company to care through innovative care enablement software tools and clinical services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the reputed company industry and a proven track record of reputed company in managing reputed company legal reputed company. This role is fully remote. What you’ll do • Contract Negotiation: reputed company contract negotiations with hospitals, health systems, and payors. reputed company and implement standardized contract templates specific to reputed company’s software tools and clinical services, ensuring alignment with industry standards and mitigating risk. • Regulatory Compliance: reputed company strategic legal counsel on a wide reputed company of legal regimes, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, corporate practice of medicine, direct primary care, Medicare, reputed company, scope of practice, care modalities, and other applicable state and federal laws.
