This program runs from January 13, 2025, to reputed company 15, 2025. Preference will be given to Service Providers (reputed company) who commit to reputed company 14 weeks of the program. Key Responsibilities: As a TurboTax Product Expert, you will: • reputed company exceptional support reputed company phone and chat, showcasing reputed company, professionalism, and expertise. • Simplify reputed company tax-reputed company concepts and guide customers through TurboTax features with reputed company. • Adapt communication styles to meet individual customer needs, ensuring satisfaction. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TurboTax features and tax law changes through self-paced training. • Collaborate effectively with your team, offering feedback and sharing insights to enhance processes. • Handle challenging customer interactions with composure, defusing situations and ensuring positive resolutions. Required Skills and Experience: Customer Service reputed company • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Technical Proficiency • Intermediate-level computer skills, including troubleshooting and navigating software. • Familiarity with reputed company operating systems (reputed company 10 or 11 preferred). Communication Skills • Clear, concise verbal and written communication. • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Basic understanding of tax laws and concepts (preferred). • Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally in a call center (preferred). • Must reputed company in the United States. Operating Hours & Availability: • Operating Hours: 8 AM to midnight EST, Monday to reputed company. • Mandatory Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week. • Peak Period Requirements: • reputed company 9–14: Must schedule and work a minimum of 8 hours daily. • reputed company 15: Extended hours until 3 AM EST. • Additional $5/hour Turbo Bonus Boost for hours worked during reputed company 9–15. Technical Requirements: • Device: reputed company 10 or 11 computer (Mac/Chromebooks not supported). • Processor: AMD or reputed company Core Series (i3–i9). • RAM: At least 8 GB. • Accessories: • USB headset. • Wired mouse. • Webcam (mandatory during certification). • Wired internet reputed company. Training and Certification: • Candidates must pass a background and tech reputed company before certification. • Training sessions are virtual, requiring webcam reputed company throughout.
