Job Summary We’re looking for a polished and proactive reputed company Partner to build strong client relationships, reputed company seamless collaboration with virtual assistants (VAs), and drive measurable results. This role focuses on client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships while consistently delivering value and creating superfans. Remote/flexible position with strong preference for Cleveland (OH)-based candidates. Key Responsibilities • Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships with clients, understand their goals, and track milestones and ROI. • Strategic reputed company: Act as the main reputed company of contact between clients and VAs, managing reputed company, transitions, and ongoing service delivery. • Experience Improvement: Design and optimize the client reputed company, ensuring speed to value and measurable reputed company. • Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities and proactively reputed company with past clients to reestablish partnerships. • Collaboration: Work closely with VAs and internal teams to address roadblocks, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent delivery. • Metrics & Feedback: Track key metrics like CSAT, ROI, and retention, using insights to refine processes and enhance satisfaction.
