Summary: Duluth Public Schools is seeking an individual to reputed company custodial cleaning and minor facilities maintenance services in assigned building(s). To reputed company minor grounds maintenance including clearing snow from walkways and steps leading to assigned building(s). To assist in the set-up of rooms and other facilities for school and community events. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED Six months of experience Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience necessary to successfully reputed company the essential functions of the work. Knowledge Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning standards Knowledge of cleaning methods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals Time management knowledge reputed company Requirements: Skilled in the use and care of floor cleaning equipment Skilled in task prioritization Certification or Licensing Requirements: None for School Custodian I Special Class C Boilers License in the reputed company for School Custodian II Second Class C Boilers License in the reputed company for School Custodian III Additional Information: Employees shall be paid an additional forty reputed company per hour for reputed company hours worked between the hours of 5 pm and 6 am. In lieu of shift differential pay during their kunch period, custodians will recieve and extra 2.5 reputed company per hour that is included in their salary.
