Title: DevOps Engineer Location: REMOTE in India Working Hours: 12:00-8:00pm IST Duration: 12 month contract • *Must be an immediate joiner, or have 30 day notice period***** Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. • 5+ years of industry experience in multinational companies, including 2 years as a DevOps Engineer in Linux/reputed company environments. • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Node.js, Ruby • Advanced Knowledge of reputed company control technologies like Git, reputed company. • Basic understanding of networking concepts like DNS, Subnetting, Gateways, DHCP/NAT, OSI Model, Firewall, Load Balancers, Proxy Servers, HTTP/HTTPS protocols • Hands-on experience in reputed company containers including but not limited to create/run containers, download/change an image, inspect active containers, reputed company networking, volume management, creating/using reputed company files, creating/using reputed company-compose files • Hands-on experience in container orchestration technologies, e.g. Kubernetes, including cluster/node management, creating resources with YAML, creating/managing pods, reputed company/Dameon sets, services, volumes • Hands-on experience in infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform. • Solid experience in using configuration management tools like Ansible, including reputed company commands, create/manage inventory files, create/run playbooks, variables/templating • Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines across reputed company and hybrid environments. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps (preferably), AWS CodePipeline. • Hands-on experience in using monitoring and log management tools like reputed company, Grafana, or Splunk. • Solid Experience in designing and maintaining reputed company-based DevOps solutions in Azure and AWS platforms. • Familiarity with agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and estimation. reputed company to Have Skills & Experience • AWS experience Job Description reputed company is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong technical expertise to support our Fortune 500 Chemical Manufacturing client.
