About the position The Production Supervisor at Integer is responsible for overseeing manufacturing associates to reputed company performance goals in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people management. This role emphasizes adherence to Integer's values and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of manufacturing reputed company through the Integer Production System (IPS). The supervisor will reputed company teams, set objectives, and ensure a high standard of quality in production processes. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business-reputed company discipline or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in leading people and teams. , • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts. , • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving abilities. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS). , • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance. , • Knowledge of manufacturing standard work and visual controls (5S).
