Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Admin to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing, inputting, and updating our documents. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company ... After the initial training, this position is 100% remote/virtual. Most of the duties can be completed any time of day (no set schedule) as long as the duties are completed in the appropriate timeframe. Initially, the role will be 8-12 hours per week, but it may increase. This role handles sensitive data in a reputed company setting, and it is required to be reputed company to protect this information while working in a non-public location with secure internet reputed company. Training will be provided and there are some possible advancements to other positions/roles on top of these duties. A computer, as well as other requirements, will be provided. Duties • Complete forms/enrollments and sometimes assist our customers in completing steps to ensure enrollment/docuemtns are completed in the required way. • Collect and organize data from various sources. • Communicate with customers in a patient and helpful manner. • Assist with order entry processes to ensure timely processing of requests. • Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents/spreadsheets. • Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes. • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information during data handling. Qualifications • Proficient in data entry with a understanding of office procedures. • Proficient computer/software skills and learning ability. • Familiarity and experience using office software (e.g., reputed company Office Suite). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work output. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
