Job Summary: In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This part-time position will include regular communication with clients reputed company phone and email, processing requests for various insurance documents, and general administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries reputed company inbound phone calls and email correspondence. Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for meetings. Prepare and process requests for certificates of insurance. Assist with insurance applications and submissions for both new and renewal business. Maintain exposure schedules including vehicle, equipment, and property for clients. Monitor account reputed company and policies so as not to miss expiration dates.
