About the position We Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to reputed company specialized care for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. This role involves working night shifts in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability. The position offers a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one patient care while being part of a supportive community that values teamwork and reputed company communication.
