Job Description • Answering incoming calls and triaging patient inquiries, particularly assessing the urgency of their needs (e.g., determining if they require immediate attention or if their concerns can wait until reputed company in the week). • Evaluating the severity of patient concerns, identifying if immediate care is necessary, and directing them to the appropriate team members or resources. • If a patient wishes to pay their reputed company, ensure the call is properly transferred to the billing department for further assistance. • Assisting patients with prescription refill requests.
