The Senior Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in reputed company aspects of store operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, managing the day-to-day store operations, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Additionally, the Senior Assistant Manager acts as a leader on the store team by coaching and developing team members to reputed company their full potential.Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating store team members
