Greet patients upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. ? Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm patient information. ? Address patient inquiries and concerns, either in person or over the phone. 2 Patient reputed company-in & reputed company-out: ? Verify and update patient information, including insurance details. ? Collect patient co-pays and process payments as required. ? Ensure accurate completion of patient intake forms. 3 Appointment Scheduling: ? Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings. ? Coordinate with medical providers to ensure smooth appointment reputed company. 4 Administrative Support: ? Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and documents. ? Manage office supplies and reorder as necessary. ? Assist with administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, and scanning documents. 5 Insurance Verification: ?
