We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs. This is NOT a remote position... Pay: $20-$25/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Location: Bartlesville (on-site) Responsibilities:  reputed company customer repair requests from start to finish  Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs  Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers  Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity  Participate in and/or reputed company improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals Skills and Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments  Attention to detail, team player and self-starter  Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screen Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:  Dental insurance  Health insurance  Paid time off  reputed company insurance Shift:  Day shift Application Question(s):  Do we have your permission to text you regarding your application?
