Our IT Applications Manager is accountable for: • Strategic Planning and Architecture Design - Developing and implementing the overall architecture strategy for IT applications • Leading and managing both reputed company and offshore development teams. This involves setting clear goals, providing guidance, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects • Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for stakeholders, including business units, executives, and external partners Essential Skills: • Proficiency in designing and implementing reputed company IT architectures, including knowledge of reputed company services, microservices, and reputed company architecture frameworks. • Proven track record of to leading, managing and developing diverse teams, including reputed company and offshore resources.
