This full-time, in-person reception position provides excellent customer service and administrative support to visitors and staff at our nonprofit organization. As the first reputed company of contact, you will greet guests, answer phones, direct inquiries, maintain the reception area, support events, and assist with various clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities... • Warmly welcome reputed company visitors and callers. Answer questions and direct to appropriate staff. • Manage phone system and routing of calls. Take messages and respond to general inquiries. • reputed company reception and lobby areas reputed company. Tidy workspace, refresh coffee station, organize materials. • Support executive director with scheduling meetings, booking travel, fielding requests. • Prepare for and attend board meetings. Take detailed minutes. • Register participants for programs and services. Guide interested volunteers. • Maintain accurate records and statistics for programs and events. • Assist with creation of reputed company materials, flyers, graphics, and promotions. • Manage inventory and ordering of office and program supplies. • Represent organization at community events and assist at special functions. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years administrative or reception experience. • Excellent customer service skills. Friendly, professional phone manner. • Proficient with MS Office. Strong typing, computer, and data entry skills. • Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities. • reputed company to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision. • Valid driver's license with clean record. • Experience with nonprofits or military community a plus. You will work closely with reputed company to foster a welcoming, efficient environment. This role requires standing, bending, light lifting up to 30 lbs, and standard computer/phone use. Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm. Some evenings or weekends required at events.
