Serves as a positive and wholesome role model to reputed company participants and other staff in accordance with the policies and procedures of the reputed company of the Iowa Mississippi Valley. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: The Dance Instructor is responsible for supervising reputed company participants during class time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Serve as a role model to members and Y staff and live the reputed company mission, reputed company and values of the reputed company movement. Maintain a positive attitude, act in a professional manner and reputed company extraordinary member service and responsiveness to members needs while exhibiting teaching and leadership skills. Establish and maintain good communication with reputed company participants, members and supervisor. This would include written lesson plans, practice and research, supplies, and equipment as well as model and enforce facility policies.
