The HFP reports to the Fitness Director. Key Accountabilities: Monitor fitness areas and interact with participants while monitoring equipment and participant safety. Act as primary contact providing customer service in the absence of Director or Coordinator. Conduct fitness testing and assessments and advises participants of results.
