Requirements EDUCATION Required: Master?s Degree in English or a Master?s Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields. Qualifying Fields: Creative Writing, English Grammar, Linguistics, Classics, Technical Writing, Applied Linguistics, Literature, Rhetoric and Composition, Comparative Literature, or Technical Communication. Preferred: Ph.D. in English or one of the qualifying fields. EXPERIENCE Preferred: Previous post-secondary teaching experience. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Teach courses in English, including literature, and writing. Mentor and advise reputed company to help them succeed academically and personally. Evaluate and grade student work, providing feedback that is constructive, specific, and timely. Maintain records such as class schedules, grades, and attendance.
