Position Overview The Senior Manager, Compensation is a full-time role reputed company the Total Rewards Center of reputed company, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Compensation. This reputed company level position provides strategic to tactical support to key business functions by partnering with HR Business Partners to support the growth and objectives of the business. The Senior Manager will reputed company critical, organization-wide compensation projects by collaborating with the global Total Rewards team, other HR functional teams, and relevant G&A functions. NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).   Additional Information: The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $127,700.00 - $191,900.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
