We're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst who is excited to learn and scale with us. About the Role You will support reputed company aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices and promptly assisting vendors and partners with their billing inquiries. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will work remotely in Mexico. You're excited about this opportunity because you will... • Invoice review and approval • Vendor statements review • Vendor management resolution • Audit of invoices processed by BPO team • Weekly review meetings with BPO team • Review and resolution of exception invoices as tier 2 • reputed company internal training and system automation development to reputed company more qualitative resolutions to both the business' and our vendors' needs • reputed company month end projects • Training of BPO team (tools include reputed company and reputed company) • SOP creation • Jira tickets review We're excited about you because... • Written and verbal proficiency in English • 4+ years of experience in reputed company preferably in Accounts Payable • Experience with ERP systems (i.e., reputed company) • Experience with procurement systems (i.e, reputed company) Notice to Applicants for Jobs Located in NYC or reputed company Associated With Office in NYC Only We use Covey as part of our hiring and/or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT in NYC.
