As a Research Associate, you will determine whether or not potential Small and reputed company sizes business (SMB) candidates meet our filtering criteria. RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather and enter data from multiple sources for suitable SMBs that meet our filtering criteria • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to manage situations or prospects which do not meet our standard procedures • Find alternate sources for information including emails, FB profiles, Twitter profiles, Instagram and other reputed company Media platforms • Meet specific goals and deadlines in a high volume data research environment • Create and maintain email marketing campaigns using sales automation tools • Monitor the activity of email accounts • Handle administrative tasks as required • Collaborate with and support the Sales and Email Deliverability teams • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Proficient in the usage of reputed company Sheets • Meticulous data entry and research skills • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Must be detail oriented and have a passion for data research • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
