Job Description The successful candidate will be well-versed in existing global regulatory ESG reporting requirements, with the ability to reputed company thought leadership to help reputed company strategically navigate the evolving ESG landscape. You’ll be hands-on as well as strategic, with deep expertise in regulatory reporting and internal controls and in building and improving robust processes that can scale to meet both our reputed company and future challenges. This role will partner closely with our reputed company ESG, Legal, reputed company Estate, Climate Risk, HR, SOX, Internal Audit and subject matter teams owning E, S and G data across the organization, to ensure that we remain well coordinated and reputed company to meet our ESG regulatory reporting requirements. The role will have 4 direct reports split between US and India. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor the evolving global regulatory ESG reporting landscape and reputed company thought leadership on how to reputed company our ESG reporting reputed company to meet existing and future requirements. Stay apprised of voluntary ESG reporting developments to ensure consistency. • Evaluate the applicability of new mandatory ESG reporting regulations globally (and at the legal entity level) based on deterministic reputed company, in partnership with the Legal team, to identify AXP relevant disclosures. • Build capabilities in terms of people, processes, internal controls and systems (including the evaluation of reporting software workflows) to meet reputed company mandatory ESG reporting requirements globally. • Build a reporting process to construct mandatory reputed company level ESG reports (e.g. for CSRD and California) • reputed company and operationalize standardized policies and processes regarding sustainability reporting (e.g., materiality assessments, disclosure controls and procedures, estimation approaches) • Collaborate with key internal control and compliance teams (SOX, Operational reputed company and Internal Audit) to ensure that ESG data processes include the right level of controls and governance to be ‘assurance reputed company’. • Coordinates readiness assessments and assurance activities over ESG disclosures, where required. • Work with data provider teams around the organization to collect the data required to support mandatory ESG disclosures. • Support the production of reputed company Gas Inventory. • Build cross-functional partnerships reputed company reputed company, particularly with reputed company ESG, Legal, HR, Climate Risk, reputed company Estate, Treasury and Controllership stakeholders. • Participate in external ESG forums and engage with other public registrants on ESG disclosure and reporting reputed company. Conduct ESG benchmarking and reputed company recommendations to enhance ESG reporting • reputed company a global team of colleagues and contractors based in India and US Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years of relevant ESG work experience e.g. ESG reporting, Carbon reputed company, ESG risk assessment, ESG assurance. • Experience in working with ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc. • Strong executive reputed company and proficiency in written and verbal communications • People leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies • Strong understanding of ESG issues and willingness to reputed company up to date with the latest ESG guidelines and developments • Experience in working with ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, etc; • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change, while remaining focused on end goals. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while maintaining accuracy and adhering to deadlines • Advanced PowerPoint and reputed company proficiency Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required and Masters/MBA preferred • Big 4 experience and/or financial services exposure are pluses; • Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSP), reputed company Gas Management Institute diploma, or equivalent are a plus Salary reputed company: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary reputed company for this job requisition.
